01The challenge

Marion County wanted to expand course offerings and community partnerships through distance learning, which meant equipment at many sites, tight grant timelines, and a district team that wanted to stay closely involved.

02The solution

InCare planned the equipment package, staged the hardware, and installed interactive displays and video endpoints across district sites and partner locations, communicating every step of the way. Professional development was scheduled for August, right before the new school year.

03The result

Given the amount of equipment and number of sites, the district called the installation incredibly seamless, and teachers started the year with working distance-learning rooms.

“Considering the amount of equipment and number of sites, the installation could not have gone more smoothly. The InCare team… [was] top notch when it came to communication throughout the entire process.”
Jason Simpson, Director of Communications, Marion County Public Schools
