Large-Venue AVL

Big rooms are unforgiving. Every word has to reach the back row, every screen has to read with the lights up, and every service, concert, or assembly has to run the same way whether a pro or a volunteer is at the board. InCare designs and installs complete audio, video, and lighting (AVL) systems for auditoriums, gymnasiums, performing-arts centers, and worship spaces, then tunes them, trains your team, and supports them for the long run.

For schools & districts
  • Auditoriums and performing-arts centers with sound, stage lighting, and projection or LED
  • Gyms and multipurpose rooms for assemblies, graduations, and game day
  • Live streaming and recording for board meetings, concerts, and ceremonies
  • Assistive listening for ADA compliance in assembly spaces
For worship centers & organizations
  • Sanctuaries and worship centers with clear speech, full-range music, and IMAG screens
  • Livestream and broadcast setups for services and events
  • Stage and house lighting with one-touch scenes that volunteers can run
  • Community centers, event venues, and council chambers

FAQ

Common questions

Can volunteers run the system?

Yes. We build one-touch presets for common events: service, concert, assembly, presentation. Volunteers start the room the same way every time, and we train them hands-on.

Do we need assistive listening?

The ADA generally requires assistive-listening systems in assembly areas that have audio amplification. We size and install compliant systems and the required signage.

LED wall or projection for our sanctuary or auditorium?

LED stays bright with the lights up and has no lamps to replace. Projection costs less for very large images in rooms you can darken. We’ll model both for your sightlines and budget.

Can the project be phased?

Often. Many venues start with sound and control, then add LED, lighting, or streaming as budgets allow. We design the system so each phase plugs into the last.
