Chief Executive Officer
Brian leads InCare’s strategy and growth, expanding the company from its roots in K12 instructional technology into a full-service integrator for schools, healthcare, and business across the Southeast. He believes the best technology partner is the one still answering the phone three years after the install.
VP of Technical Operations
Nathan oversees engineering, installation, and support: the people who design the systems, pull the cable, and keep it all running. He sets InCare’s technical standards, from closet documentation to camera coverage plans, and makes sure every project is supportable long after go-live.
VP of Purchasing
Fred manages InCare’s manufacturer and distribution relationships and cooperative contracts, including NCPA through TD SYNNEX. His team keeps quotes competitive, lead times realistic, and grant-funded purchases compliant.
Director of Operations
Pam runs the day-to-day engine behind every project: scheduling, logistics, purchasing coordination, and customer communication. Districts know her as the person who makes sure the crew, the equipment, and the paperwork all arrive on the same day.
