Do we need new hardware to use RUCKUS One?
Usually not. RUCKUS One manages current RUCKUS access points and ICX switches. We check your models against RUCKUS’s supported-device list, then plan any refresh and migrate you from SmartZone or Unleashed with no dark days.
Is RUCKUS E-Rate eligible?
Wireless access points, switching, and related licensing are generally E-Rate Category 2 eligible. We scope projects accordingly.
