01The challenge

Perry County Schools needed modern surveillance and door access across its campuses but had a limited local budget and no in-house security integrator. The district had qualified for nearly $400,000 in federal funding and needed a partner who could plan, purchase, and install inside the grant’s rules.

02The solution

InCare connected the district with a grant-management program, then designed camera coverage with district leadership and installed the system while school was in session. The crew worked to be as distraction-free as possible around students and staff. The video management software was chosen for its analytics, ease of use, and scalability, with no recurring license costs.

03The result

The district now has campus-wide camera coverage that front-office staff can operate, and local law enforcement has praised the upgrade. Phase two, door access control, is planned on the same platform.

“I would recommend this surveillance solution to any superintendent or school district! You WILL get the best bang for your buck. There’s no other team that I would recommend over Jay and InCare.”
Marcia Smiley, Superintendent, Perry County Schools
